Queen Cerith is the ruler of the Ocean Kingdom and a member of the Council of Crowns. She got into a dispute with Queen Chanterelle over who got a plot of marshland. Cerith claimed it to be hers because of the water, but Chanterelle claimed it to be hers because of the fauna and flora. Chanterelle eventually decides to split the land in half and give one half to Cerith. Her advisor is Advisor Pontus.

Queen Cerith has light blue skin with dark orange eyes. She has webbed ears and pink tentacles with yellow suction cups, her tentacles extend to her torso. She has sky blue hair that has orange starfishes on it and pastel yellow shells (?). Her crown is a large sea shell
